5. LICENSE MODEL

5.1 Free Trial Version / initially available as a Free Test Version

Trial Version is available for 90 days. All functionalities of the Basic Vision can be used during this period of time without any limitation.

At the Initial stage of the development free test versions of the software are available.

Please note that on Mac Computer do not attempt to place files directly in the folder documents.

In some cases your mac is going to deny to open the app-file. In this case go to your settings —> security & data protection and „unlock“ for use of iOS uncertified software.

Usage Rights: By using this software, you acknowledge that it remains the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software in accordance with these terms.

Liability Disclaimer: The developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the software. Users assume full responsibility for any risks associated with its usage.

Database Backup: Users are solely responsible for regularly backing up any data stored in the accompanying database to prevent data loss.

Prohibited Use: The software may not be used for any unlawful activities, reverse engineering, or redistribution without explicit written permission from the developer.

Modifications: The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the software at any time without prior notice.

Nutzungsrechte: Durch die Nutzung dieser Software erkennen Sie an, dass sie das geistige Eigentum des Entwicklers bleibt. Sie erhalten eine nicht übertragbare, nicht exklusive Lizenz zur Nutzung der Software gemäß diesen Bedingungen.

Haftungsausschluss: Der Entwickler übernimmt keine Verantwortung für direkte oder indirekte Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der Software entstehen. Die Nutzer tragen das volle Risiko im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung.

Datenbanksicherung: Die Nutzer sind allein dafür verantwortlich, regelmäßig Sicherungskopien aller in der Datenbank gespeicherten Daten zu erstellen, um Datenverlust zu vermeiden.

Unzulässige Nutzung: Die Software darf nicht für illegale Aktivitäten, Reverse Engineering oder Weiterverbreitung ohne ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung des Entwicklers verwendet werden.

Änderungen: Der Entwickler behält sich das Recht vor, die Software jederzeit ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu ändern oder einzustellen.

Prava korištenja: Korištenjem ovog softvera potvrđujete da ostaje intelektualno vlasništvo programera. Dodjeljuje vam se neprenosiva, neekskluzivna licenca za korištenje softvera u skladu s ovim uvjetima.

Odricanje od odgovornosti: Programer nije odgovoran za bilo kakvu izravnu ili neizravnu štetu nastalu korištenjem softvera. Korisnici preuzimaju punu odgovornost za bilo kakve rizike povezane s korištenjem.

Sigurnosna kopija baze podataka: Korisnici su sami odgovorni za redovito izrađivanje sigurnosnih kopija svih podataka pohranjenih u priloženu bazu podataka kako bi se spriječio gubitak podataka.

Zabranjena upotreba: Softver se ne smije koristiti za nezakonite aktivnosti, reverzno inženjerstvo ili distribuciju bez izričitog pismenog odobrenja programera.

Izmjene: Programer zadržava pravo izmjene ili obustave softvera u bilo kojem trenutku bez prethodne najave.
